Your Holiday Programme

Monday

After a leisurely morning departure from the Midlands, you'll travel to Portsmouth and board P&O's Pride of Bilbao cruise ship. Once checked into your comfortable air-conditioned cabin, you can dine in one of the restaurants, have a flutter in the casino or dance the evening away to live music in the ship=s cabaret lounge.

Tuesday - Sea Cruise

Today is free to enjoy all the ships facilities. Maybe take a swim in the heated pool, work out in the gymnasium, or just relax and watch a blockbuster movie in the onboard cinema. The evening again offers full cabaret entertainment followed by dancing in the Starlight discotheque into the early hours.

Wednesday - Madrid

This morning, you’ll arrive in Spain and travel south to Madrid where you’ll have some free time before checking into your overnight hotel in time for dinner.

Thursday - Roquetas

Today you’ll travel south through some of the Spain’s most impressive scenery, to check into your holiday hotel in time for dinner.

Friday to Wednesday

During your stay, a number of exciting excursions are available for your enjoyment. These include visits to Guadix in the Sierra Nevada Mountains with its community of cave dwellers, the regions capital city of Almeria, a desert Mini Hollywood film set and the white walled town of Mojacar.

Thursday - Burgos

Today you’ll travel through the area of Castilla La Mancha to reach El Cid’s picturesque city of Burgos late afternoon. The evening is free for personal sightseeing and experiencing the local cuisine.

Friday – Sea Cruise

After breakfast, you=ll travel through the Cantabrican Mountains to Bilbao, where you=ll again board the Pride of Bilbao cruise ship. All shipboard facilities on are again at your disposal as you set sail for England.

Saturday

This morning you can enjoy the final part of your cruise before reaching Portsmouth late afternoon and home later the same evening.
